3" Fudge Pie Tart

Introduction

Made with 50% cacao dark chocolate, our Fudge Pie has that absolutely fantastic deep chocolate taste, but not overly sweet, not too rich and not too heavy. It's perfect.

Like all of our pies it is fantastic when warmed and can store for up to 5 weeks when refrigerated.

Packaging

Standard: The pie will be packaged in a clamshell container, and placed in a heavy duty cardboard shipping box. We will add packaging filling to ensure the pie fits snugly in the shipping box.

High Protection: Our High Protection shipping package system uses a specialty styrofoam package designed to protect the pie from both rough handling and high temperatures. These are quite expensive and add to the cost, but they ensure that your order comes to you in great shape.

Filling Ingredients: Chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Milkfat, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavorings), Sugar, Eggs (Eggs, Citric Acid), Butter (Pasteurized Cream, Salt), Natural Flavors, Unbleached Unenriched Wheat Flour, Salt.

Crust Ingredients: Unbleached Unenriched Wheat Flour, Lard, Water, Dextrose, Salt, Baking Soda.
