9" Classic Apple Pie
Introduction
Our Apple Pie is a multiple Best Apple Pie In Tennessee award winner. Many many customers from the US and abroad have commented that our Apple Pie is legitimately the best they've ever had.
Like all of our pies it is fantastic when warmed and can be stored for up to a month when frozen.
Preparations
Our Traditional crust is flaky, light and delicious.
We also offer a Gluten Free crust that is absolutely fantastic. We have immediate family that is celiac, and they have commented that our Gluten Free pies are not only by far the best they've ever had but easily some of the best pies they've ever had, GF or not.
Packaging
Standard: The pie will be packaged in a clamshell container, and placed in a heavy duty cardboard shipping box. We will add packaging filling to ensure the pie fits snugly in the shipping box.
High Protection: Our High Protection shipping package system uses a specialty styrofoam package designed to protect the pie from both rough handling and high temperatures. These are quite expensive and add to the cost, but they ensure that your order comes to you in great shape. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE HIGH PROTECTION PACKACKING.

Filling Ingredients (All Preparations): Light Corn Syrup (Corn Syrup, Salt, Vanilla Extract (Vanilla Beans, Water, Ethyl Alcohol)), Sugar, Eggs (Eggs, Citric Acid), Butter (Pasteurized Cream, Salt), Apples, Cinnamon, Natural Flavors, Salt.
Regular Crust Ingredients: Unbleached Unenriched Wheat Flour, Lard, Water, Dextrose, Salt, Baking Soda.
Gluten Free Crust Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Water, Organic Palm Fruit Oil, Organic Evaporated Cane Syrup, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Aluminum-Free Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Tapioca Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Guar Gum.
